Glipizide IP is classified as a second generation sulfonylurea which means that it undergoes enterohepatic circulation. Glipizide IP is an off white to white powder that is soluble in methylene chloride. Glipizide IP is a medium-to-long anti-diabetic drug having hypoglycemic activity. It’s a diabetic medicine that helps control blood sugar and helps pancreas produce insulin.
